Charles E. McGill, II “Chase” grew up in Pawleys Island and has been practicing law in Georgetown and Horry County since 2001.  Chase’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Chase also advises sellers, buyers and developers with regard to financing, leasing, land use and development, easements, and real estate title insurance.
